Dear Friends, since October first 2007, we have been in living on the north coast of Honduras, Central America, completing two years of a volunteer mission. Through the volunteer program, Farm of the Child, www.farmofthechild.org, our primary goal is to foster the development of orphans into healthy, happy, empowered, productive, and spiritually grounded Hondurans.  Theresa has begun teaching, in Spanish, as well as aiding in curriculum development and accreditation efforts, in a kindergarten through ninth grade school.  Nathan is leading the ten person maintenance team that builds, keeps up, and looks after nearly every physical object and project on the property.  We are excited and humbled to join in the community and mission of the Farm of the child.
